One of the many security features CitizenShipper has implemented to create a secure and trustworthy community is our Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) service. Anyone who's dissatisfied with their transaction for any reason can use this service to initiate a dispute.
If you are unhappy with your transaction, please contact the CitizenShipper support team first. We will do our level best to come to a successful resolution.
If we're unable to resolve the issue this way, you can go through our Online Dispute Resolution process. This includes monitored discussion and mediation of differences through an online forum.
If you'd like to know more about the ODR process or have any questions about how it works, please visit the Dispute resolution section of our Help Center.

The dispute resolution process description is vague and non-committal on the part of Citizen Shipper. The <Dispute Resolution> link is not a live link.
Suggestions:
Put some commitment on the part of CS to resolving shipper/driver disputes. Check Amazon.com for examples.
When you reference a document on your site, include a live link.
