    Me either. The phone verify is the only one left but mo call or text so im not really sure what to do at this point. I went thru similar w lyft...they couldnt get the "computer" to accept thay I dont live in California. I'm in SC.

    Yea is there not any live people to help us?? I keep getting same stuff comment from Zendesk and it’s not solving anything it says need to verify for background but I’m not able to get tabs to work aswell as their new feature with intro I can’t do anything with I have won 3 bids and been paid on one and they are coming up in few days and I can’t get verified .pls help Kerrie 806 five five nine . Four 4 7 seven.

    Hello,

    When you sign up as a new driver, you need to verify a few things:)

    To enable bidding, you have to submit a background check. You can do this by clicking on any shipment listed on your home screen, scrolling past the map, and clicking on "start security check". After you have done this, you will do the same process and find where it says "verify your email"

    Go ahead and check your email and just click "Activate account" and your bidding will be enabled:)"

    To unlock messaging, you can click "message" on any of the shipment listed and it will take you to a screen explaining our 3-month free trial. Fill out the necessary information and submit, and you will be able to message!

    If you need help at any time, you can message support@citizenshipper.com or call us at either 903-213-5321 (8 AM to 4 PM) or 903-202-0991 (4 PM to 12 PM); all times are CST

    I've already submitted this information. I have a shipment that I am supposed to be picking up in the morning, yet you have now blocked me from communicating with the client, even though I gave you all the information for the security check several weeks ago and have already received my copy of it.
