The Booking Assurance Guarantee is provided every time you book and pay through us and includes the following benefits:

- Driver replacement assistance case of last-minute driver cancellations
- Refund guarantee should things not go according to plan
- Help in cases of a driver failing to respond to calls/messages
Help in case of drivers not delivering on the agreed schedule
- One-on-one VIP care rebooking assistance if the driver cancels
For a claim to be eligible under the Booking Assurance Guarantee, you must book through us and pay using our secure checkout. If a driver cancels on you, then you must contact Customer Support within three days of the event.

What’s not covered
Our Booking with Confidence Guarantee is not trip insurance. It will not cover losses due to things such as natural disasters, weather, or construction.
