One issue that drivers and shipping customers have raised about our messaging platform was that their inboxes could sometimes get cluttered. With all the notifications and messages being sent back and forth, keeping track of the really important stuff wasn't easy.
To rectify that, we're introducing the conversation bookmark feature!
You can now bookmark any conversation you feel is important. Just click the white ribbon icon to the right, and it'll turn blue to indicate that a bookmarked has been created.
If you're a driver, maybe you're waiting on an undecided customer to get back to you? You can now bookmark their conversation, and it won't get lost in all the other messages that come flooding in.
If you're a shipping customer, maybe you'd like to shortlist a couple of the drivers that send in their quotes? Click to bookmark the conversations you had with each of them, and they'll be easily accessible.
To access your bookmarked conversations at a later point, simply click the Bookmarks tab of your inbox. (Just to the right of the All tab, in the screenshot above.)
