In the wake of the devastation of Hurricane Ida, CitizenShipper will be waiving all CitizenShipper booking deposit fees for anyone utilizing CitizenShipper to assist with relief/humanitarian efforts.
How to Claim
We want to make this as simple as possible, so here are the steps we've put in place to help.
1. Book your shipment normally
2. Email our support team at email@example.com with any supporting evidence that your shipment is related to a relief/humanitarian effort.
3. Our team will review the email, and legitimate relief/humanitarian-related shipments will have the CitizenShipper booking fee refunded.
We understand that, during this emergency, an email to our customer support team will not be high on anyone's priority list, so we'll be accepting refund email requests through September. Please note, driver fees still apply, and are unrelated to the CitizenShipper booking fee.
